Tips for data extraction

1. Clear the text before extracting

Remove unnecessary formatting, HTML tags and special characters. Clean text gives more accurate results.

2. Check the results

Automatic extraction is not always perfect. Review the list for false positives.

3. Use deduplication

The same email or phone number can appear multiple times in a text. Enable duplicate removal.

4. Consider phone formats

Phones come in different formats: +7, 8, without code. The tool recognizes popular formats, but exotic ones may be missed.

5. Validate email addresses

An extracted email does not mean it is working. Please check the format and domain before use.

6. Combine tools

Extract data, then process it: remove duplicates, sort, change format.
