The salary calculator shows how much you will receive, what taxes will be withheld, and how much the employer will pay the state for you.
Gross (before deductions) — amount in the employment contract
Net (in hand) — amount after personal income tax withholding
Supergross — the full cost of an employee for the employer
Formula: **Net = Gross × (1 - 0.13) = Gross × 0.87**
Example: salary 100,000 ₽ → take-home pay 87,000 ₽
| Contribution | Rate | Amount (from 100,000 ₽) |
|---|---|---|
| Pension (OPS) | 22% | 22,000 ₽ |
| Medical (compulsory medical insurance) | 5.1% | 5 100 ₽ |
| Social (OSS) | 2.9% | 2,900 ₽ |
| Injuries | 0.2-8.5% | from 200 ₽ |
| **Total** | **~30.2%** | **~30,200 ₽** |
