The vehicle's passport indicates tire pressure in psi (USA) or bar (Europe). Pumps at gas stations can be of any type.
At a depth of 10 m, pressure = 2 atm. Every 10 m adds 1 atm. The cylinders are charged to 200–300 bar.
A drop in pressure means worsening weather. Standards: 760 mm Hg. Art. = 1013 hPa = 1 atm.
Russian GOSTs are in MPa and kgf/cm², international standards are in psi and bar. An accurate translation is needed.
Pressure is indicated in hectopascals (hPa) or inches of mercury (inHg). 1 atm = 29.92 inHg.
